Tour Overview

The Chardham Yatra is a revered pilgrimage circuit in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, encompassing four sacred sites: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Each site holds immense religious significance in Hinduism and is dedicated to different deities. The chardham yatra traditionally begins from Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River, followed by Gangotri, the origin of the Ganges. Kedarnath, situated amidst the Himalayas, is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, concludes the journey. Pilgrims embark on this arduous journey, often by foot or by road, seeking spiritual purification and blessings. The yatra offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan landscapes and encompasses diverse cultural experiences. Pilgrims engage in rituals, prayers, and dip in the holy waters of the rivers, believed to cleanse sins and bestow divine grace. The Chardham Yatra holds profound religious significance and draws devotees from across India and the world, fostering spiritual renewal and devotion among participants.
