DAY 01
Depart from Delhi

Departure from Delhi – 09:30 PM

  • Meet at the boarding point in Delhi’s Kashmere Gate/R K Ashram 1 hour Prior to the departure time. Overnight journey from Delhi to Shimla in Volvo(Report in Delhi by 8 PM

DAY 02
Shimla - Sarahan
  • Arrive in Shimla in the morning and begin the adventure after breakfast and a short briefing by the trip captain. We then drive towards Sarahan, passing through scenic mountain towns like Theog, Narkanda, and Rampur.
  • Enjoy the beautiful Himalayan views and bond with your fellow travellers along the way. Upon arrival in Sarahan, check in, relax, and enjoy dinner.

Overnight stay in Sarahan.

DAY 03
Sarahan - Chitkul - Kalpa
  • After breakfast, drive from Sarahan to the beautiful village of Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Enjoy exploring the village and relish some classic “pahadon wali maggi” by the banks of the scenic Baspa River.
  • If time permits, we will also explore parts of Sangla in the beautiful Kinnaur Valley. Later, continue the journey to Kalpa.

Overnight stay in Kalpa.

DAY 04
Kalpa - Nako - Tabo
  • Wake up to a breathtaking view of Kinner Kailash. After breakfast, begin the journey towards Tabo.
  • On the way, visit Khab Sangam, the beautiful confluence of the Satluj and Spiti Rivers. Continue the drive to Nako and explore the peaceful Nako Lake. We will also visit Gue, famous for its ancient naturally preserved mummy.
  • Entering Spiti Valley via the Sumdo border, we continue our scenic drive and reach Tabo by evening.

DAY 05
Tabo - Dhankar - Kaza
  • Begin the day exploring the mystical village of Tabo, known for its rich history of over 1,000 years. Visit the ancient Tabo Monastery and explore the nearby meditation caves while getting a glimpse into the simple life of the local villagers.
  • Later, drive to the stunning Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff overlooking the valley.
  • After exploring Dhankar, continue the journey to Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley, where we will stay for the next few days.

DAY 06
Kaza - Hikkim - Komic - Langza - Key
  • Today we explore some of the most iconic villages of Spiti Valley. Begin with a visit to the famous Key Monastery, beautifully perched on a hilltop.
  • Next, head to Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, where you can send postcards to your loved ones. Continue to Komic, known as one of the highest motorable villages in the world.
  • Finally, visit Langza, popularly known as the Fossil Village of India, famous for its ancient marine fossils and stunning mountain views.
DAY 07
Kaza - Chicham - Kunzum - Chandrataal
  • This morning marks our last day in Kaza. After a short walk around the town and soaking in the scenic beauty once again, we begin our journey towards Chandratal Lake.
  • En route, we cross the iconic Chicham Bridge and drive through the high-altitude Kunzum Pass.
  • By evening, reach Chandratal and check in to the camps. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spend the night stargazing under the clear Himalayan sky.

DAY 08
Chandrataal - Manali - Delhi
  • Wake up to a refreshing morning near Chandratal Lake and enjoy breakfast at the campsite. Spend some time capturing beautiful photographs and shooting a few travel reels before we begin our journey.
  • Later, drive towards Manali through scenic Himalayan roads. From Manali, we continue with an overnight journey to Delhi.
  • You will reach Delhi by around 11:00 AM on Sunday, marking the end of a memorable Spiti adventure.

  • Weather-Dependent Locations – Access to high-altitude villages like Hikkim, Komik, Langza & Pin Valley may be restricted during winter due to heavy snowfall. Visits to these places are subject to weather and road conditions. In such cases, the best possible alternatives will be arranged.
  • Force Majeure / Acts of God – In case of heavy snowfall, landslides, or road closures (especially restrictions on heavy vehicles), travellers may need to arrange 4x4 vehicles at their own expense. The company will not be liable for additional costs arising due to such natural circumstances.
  • Arrival & Departure Advisory (Delhi) – On the trip start date, please book trains/flights arriving in Delhi before 4 PM. On the trip end date, schedule return departures after 2 PM.
  • Itinerary Flexibility – Weather conditions, road situations, and the physical fitness of participants may require changes in the itinerary. The company reserves the right to modify the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
  • Age Criteria – Group departures are suitable for travellers between 16 to 42 years due to the adventurous and fast-paced itinerary. Customized trips can be arranged for travellers outside this age bracket.

Pay the booking amount that is 50% of the total trip cost to secure your seat.

  • 20 to 15 Days Before Departure:

Pay the booking amount that is 75% of the total trip cost.

  • 14 to 7 Days Before Departure:

100% payment (full trip cost) is compulsory to confirm your participation.

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure:

You can cancel or shift to another batch.

The booking amount will be given as a credit note, after deducting the basic booking fee.

  • 29 to 21 Days Before Departure:

❗ Batch shifting is not allowed.

25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The booking amount will be adjusted, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

  • 20 to 15 Days Before Departure:

❗ Batch shifting is not allowed.

50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded after deduction.

  • 14 Days Before Departure:

❗ Batch shifting is not permitted.
