Trip Itinerary
DAY 01
ARRIVAL IN LEH | ACCLIMATIZATION DAY
  • Arrive at the Leh Airport, where a designated vehicle will transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure and dedicated to proper acclimatization for the high altitude.
  • Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous activities, and allow your body to adjust to the weather conditions. In the evening, your trip captain will conduct a short briefing about the journey ahead.

Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Note: Fixed airport pickups at 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Standard check-in time: 11:00 AM.

DAY 02
LEH SIGHTSEEING
  • After breakfast, we will head out for a local sightseeing tour around Leh.
  • We’ll visit the famous Sangam, where the Zanskar River meets the Indus River. The tour continues to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame, a museum maintained by the Indian Army.
  • Our final stop will be the iconic Shanti Stupa, known for its stunning white dome and panoramic views of Leh. In the evening, enjoy café hopping, local shopping, and exploring the markets.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner followed by an overnight stay in Leh.

Highlights: Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Shanti Stupa.

DAY 03
LEH - NUBRA VIA KHARDUNGLA
  • After breakfast, we will begin our journey towards Nubra Valley.
  • En route, we will cross Khardung La (18,380 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world, offering breathtaking Himalayan views. Upon arrival in Nubra, travelers can enjoy activities like double-hump Bactrian Camel rides and ATV rides at Hunder Sand Dunes (at personal expense).
  • Later, check in to the hotel followed by dinner and an overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Highlights: Khardung La, Hunder Sand Dunes, Nubra Valley.

Note: A hot bucket of water will be provided for freshening up at Nubra, Pangong Lake, and Hanle.

DAY 04
NUBRA - PANGONG VIA DISKIT MONASTERY
  • It’s Pangong Day! After breakfast, we’ll check out and head towards Pangong Lake.
  • En route, we will visit Diskit Monastery, famous for its 100-ft tall statue of Maitreya Buddha. After seeking blessings, we’ll continue our scenic drive to Pangong, a lake that gained worldwide fame after featuring in movies like 3 Idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the cottages and spend time exploring the lakeside while capturing stunning views of the Himalayas. In the evening, enjoy dinner and experience the magical night sky with stargazing (weather permitting).

Highlights: Diskit Monastery, Pangong Lake, Stargazing.

Note: Due to the remote location and high altitude, Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and Hanle may have limited or no electricity at night. Travelers are advised to be prepared.

DAY 05
PANGONG - HANLE VIA CHANGTHANG VALLEY
  • Today we journey through the stunning Changthang Valley, a remote region of Ladakh known for its vast landscapes and untouched beauty. The area is also home to unique wildlife like the Himalayan Red Fox, Kiang, and occasionally the elusive Snow Leopard.
  • En route, we will pass through small settlements such as Chushul, Tsaga, and Loma, perfect for scenic photo stops. We will also visit the Rezang La War Memorial, honoring the brave soldiers of the Sino-Indian War.
  • By evening, we arrive at Hanle, one of the highest inhabited villages in Ladakh and a historic stop along the old Silk Route. Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory, one of the world’s highest astronomical observatories.
  • Upon arrival, check in to your cottages or homestays and relax for the night.

DAY 06
HANLE & UMLING LA EXCURSION
  • After a night spent stargazing, we will refuel our energy and set out to conquer Umling La, the world’s highest motorable pass, perched at an elevation of 19,024 ft.
  • Today is the day to push past fears and gear up for the ride of a lifetime. As you ascend, the barren landscapes and twisting turns will get your adrenaline pumping.
  • At the top, you’ll be greeted by surreal views that feel truly out of this world, a moment bound to stay with you forever.
  • After this thrilling experience, we will return to Hanle and spend the night under a spectacular sky.
  • Clear views of the Milky Way, shooting stars, and constellations make this an unforgettable experience (weather permitting).
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Hanle.

DAY 07
HANLE - LEH VIA CHUMATHANG VILLAGE
  • After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Leh, carrying unforgettable memories from the past week. Enjoy the scenic drive and capture the breathtaking landscapes along the way.
  • En route, we will pass through Chumathang, a village known for its natural hot springs rich in minerals. If time permits, we will also visit Shey Palace and Thiksey Monastery, two iconic landmarks reflecting Ladakh’s rich culture and heritage.
  • Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Leh.

DAY 08
DEPARTURE FROM LEH | TRIP ENDS
  • Wake up with a sense of fulfillment after an unforgettable journey in Ladakh. After breakfast, take a few moments to relive the memories before checking out.
  • Bid a bittersweet goodbye to your fellow travelers as you head to Leh Airport for your onward journey.

Note: Fixed drop-off at 9:00 AM. Please plan your departure accordingly.

You can cancel or shift to another batch.

The booking amount will be given as a credit note, after deducting the basic booking fee.
