About Spiti valley
Spiti – The White Wonder As unique as its name, a trip to Spiti Valley is an experience of the ultimate vacated beauty! Separated from rich Lahaul by the soaring 4551m Kunzum La, the Himalayan region of Spiti is another knob of Tibet deserted in India. Enjoy the snow- sheathe lookouts of this gorgeous cold desert. That’s exactly what our Winter Edition – Spiti Valley Backpacking Tour Package for 2022 is each about.
The Spiti district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh consists of the two formerly separate districts of Lahaul and Spiti. Before the two regions were combined, Kardang was the capital of Lahaul, and Dhankar was the capital of Spiti. The present administrative center is Key long in Lahaul. This place means the natural beauty and place full of coveted with large mountains and it is fully covered with beautiful trees and plants. Its landscape seems to be the same as the Ladakh, but Spiti is a very beautiful place to visit. If you have a long journey on this place, it will be a wonderful experience in your life.
Why Spiti Valley Backpacking?
The Spiti Valley is well-known for its natural beauty and artistic heritage. Spiti’s sanctuaries are known for their exquisite murals, antique temples, and numerous stupas. The Tabo sanctuary is one of Spiti’s numerous famous tourist goals. Lahaul and Spiti, a high-altitude district in Himachal Pradesh, comes under India’s least-populated districts. The place is known for its multiple high-altitude hike trails and a rich Tibetan culture. Over five days, you will hike 55 kilometers through the Spiti Valley, beginning in Langza and concluding in Dhankar.
Because the mountains are under a rain shadow, they receive very little rainfall, leaving them barren of flora. Sharp temperature swings, high-speed winds, a high altitude, and low humidity characterize the climate, making the soil dry and nearly devoid of organic matter. The months of March via June are perfect for visiting Spiti. Those seeming for a calm holiday should go to Spiti during this season, which runs from March to June, and temperatures range from 0 to 15 degrees Celsius. The rainfall and snowfall were in the low range in this season, so it is the best time to visit this Spiti valley.
The frigid desert of Spiti Valley is made up of austere barren mountains, and vast gorges carved out by the ferocious Spiti River. As a result, Lahaul is significantly more developed, with many more mountain communities. The towering mountains of Lahaul and Spiti are awe-inspiringly gorgeous. Tourists in Spiti Valley buy local warm socks, sweaters, shawls, roasted barley, dry cheese, barley powder, and sea buckthorn tea, among other things. A car trip through the Spiti Valley in the Himalayan Alps is a wonderful experience. Cabs cover about 13.5 kilometers, while the remaining 41.5 kilometers are covered on foot.
To add up, the approaches to Spiti remain among the most rugged and scenically spectacular roads in India, and that’s why we want you to bespeak our Spiti Valley Backpacking Packages for 2022 and take that grand road trip with us! With a group of like-inclined trippers, exploring a place like Spiti becomes indeed further fun. It’s noway a trip rather of a passage that we take at LiveB4YouDie!
