On reaching Chandigarh, begin your scenic drive towards Shimla.
Enjoy a beautiful 3-hour journey through winding mountain roads, lush valleys, and stunning Himalayan views.
Arrive in Shimla and check in to the hotel. Take some time to freshen up and relax.
Later, step out to explore Shimla and experience the lively atmosphere and nightlife of the hill station.

DAY 3Shimla → Kalpa | Scenic Himalayan Drive
Wake up to breathtaking mountain views, freshen up, and enjoy a hearty breakfast before beginning the journey towards Kalpa.
Embark on a scenic 230–240 km drive through the spectacular Himalayan landscape.
En route we stop at the Kinnaur gate, marking the boundary where we leave the Shimla district and enter Kinnaur.
Enjoy winding mountain roads, lush valleys, charming villages, and ever-changing views along the way.
Take in the raw beauty of Himachal as the journey gradually takes you deeper into the mountains.
Arrive in Kalpa, check in to your stay, and unwind after the scenic road journey.

DAY 4Kalpa → Tabo | Entering the Spiti Valley
Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, and begin our scenic journey towards Tabo, deeper into the breathtaking Spiti Valley.
The first sighseeing of the day would be the Suicide Point, a dramatic cliffside viewpoint located about 3 km from Kalpa.
En route, stop at Khab Sangam, the stunning confluence of the Satluj and Spiti Rivers.
Continue towards Nako and explore the serene Nako Lake, surrounded by dramatic Himalayan landscapes.
Visit the mysterious Gue Monastery, home to the centuries-old naturally preserved mummy.
Cross the Sumdo border and officially enter the spectacular Spiti Valley.
Continue our scenic drive through the rugged Himalayan terrain and reach Tabo by evening.
Check in to our homestay and relax after the day's journey.
If time permits, take a leisurely walk through the local market and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of Tabo.

Drive towards Dhankar Village, perched dramatically above the Spiti Valley.
Visit the historic Dhankar Monastery (Gompa), offering spectacular views of the surrounding valley.
Explore the fascinating heritage of Dhankar, once associated with the traditional seat and residence of the King of Spiti.
Continue our journey towards the beautiful Pin Valley, known for its rugged landscapes, high mountains, and unique terrain.
Later, proceed towards Kaza, the sub-divisional headquarters and the heart of Spiti Valley.
Reach Kaza and settle in for the evening, surrounded by the distinctive landscapes and Buddhist culture of the region.

Drive towards Langza, a picturesque high-altitude village famous for its giant Buddha statue and prehistoric marine fossils.
Continue to Hikkim, home to a post office located at around 4,400 metres, popularly known as one of the world’s highest post offices.
Next, head to Komic, one of the highest inhabited villages in the world, offering incredible panoramic views of the Spiti landscape.
Explore the Komic Monastery, associated with the Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism, and soak in the peaceful mountain surroundings.
After exploring these remarkable villages, drive back to Kaza and relax for the evening.

Continue to Kibber Village, one of the highest inhabited villages in the region, situated at approximately 4,270 metres.
Drive further to the spectacular Chicham Bridge, surrounded by dramatic mountains and the rugged landscapes of Spiti.
Take some time to soak in the breathtaking views, capture photographs, and enjoy the unique high-altitude surroundings.
Later, drive back towards Tabo and relax at the stay after a memorable day in the mountains.

Visit Chitkul, famously known as the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border.
Explore the charming village, known for its traditional wooden and slate-roofed houses, ancient Buddhist temple, and beautiful mountain surroundings.
Take some time to soak in the peaceful atmosphere, capture stunning photographs, and enjoy the raw beauty of the Himalayas.

All sightseeing and activities are subject to weather conditions, road conditions, local regulations, and time management, as this is a group departure.
If any sightseeing spot mentioned in the itinerary is closed, inaccessible, or restricted due to unforeseen circumstances, it will not be covered.
The transport vehicle will be arranged based on the number of participants and operational requirements.
In case of roadblocks, landslides, extreme weather, or any situation where further travel is unsafe or not possible, the trip team will take the best possible decision keeping the safety of travellers as the priority.
Spiti is an offbeat and remote destination, so travellers should not expect luxury or city-like facilities.
Accommodation will primarily be provided in comfortable local homestays. Stays will be on a sharing basis, allowing travellers to experience the authentic local culture, lifestyle, and hospitality of Spiti.

Train tickets are booked through IRCTC-authorised agents.
We may use AI-based tools such as ConfirmTkt to assess the probability of ticket confirmation. However, WL/RAC confirmation is not guaranteed and is solely subject to Indian Railways.
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for a better chance of confirmation.
If required, our team may suggest alternative trains. Any fare difference for an upgraded option will be payable by the participant.
LiveB4YouDie is not responsible for train cancellations, diversions, route changes, or tickets remaining WL/RAC. Alternate arrangements, where possible, may involve additional charges.
If a participant opts for a flight instead of train travel, applicable train cancellation charges and flight fare differences will be borne by the participant.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking amount has been received by LiveB4YouDie.
30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is payable to confirm the booking.
20–15 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost is payable.
14 days or less before departure: 100% payment is required to confirm participation.
The booking confirmation will be subject to availability of hotels, transportation, train/flight tickets, permits, and other trip services.
For train bookings, tickets may be booked through IRCTC authorised agents. WL/RAC confirmation is subject to Indian Railways and cannot be guaranteed by LiveB4YouDie.
Any additional amount arising from fare differences, upgrades, or alternate arrangements will be payable by the participant.
Booking confirmation and trip-related details will be shared by the LiveB4YouDie team after receipt of the applicable payment.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
Cancellation requests must be communicated to the LiveB4YouDie team in writing.
30 days or more before departure: Cancellation charges of 25% of the total trip amount will apply.
29–15 days before departure: Cancellation charges of 50% of the total trip amount will apply.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip amount will be non-refundable.
No-show or late arrival at the reporting point: No refund will be applicable.
Any non-refundable charges paid towards hotels, transportation, train/flight tickets, permits, activities, or third-party services will be deducted from the applicable refund.
Applicable GST, payment gateway/convenience charges, and other non-refundable transaction charges will not be refunded.
In case LiveB4YouDie cancels or postpones a trip due to weather, safety concerns, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate arrangement or applicable refund will be offered based on the situation.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of the applicable cancellation and non-refundable charges.
