DAY 1Arrival at Pawna Campsite
04:00 PM — Arrive at the Campsite 🏕️
Reach the campsite directly and get welcomed with a refreshing drink. Your tents will be allotted on arrival.
04:30 PM — Freshen Up & Chai Time ☕
Settle into your tents, freshen up, and enjoy some delicious snacks with garma garam tea/coffee.
05:00 PM — Icebreaker & Sunset Vibes 🌅
Get to know your fellow campers with a fun icebreaker round. Soak in the beautiful sunset and capture some stunning nature photographs. You can also enjoy games like carrom, badminton and volleyball, or simply relax on the hammocks by the lake.
07:00 PM — Barbeque Time 🔥
Dig into a delicious barbeque spread with veg and non-veg options.
08:00 PM — DJ Party 🎧
It’s time to move, groove and dance to the beats as the DJ takes over the night!
10:00 PM — Dinner 🍽️
Enjoy an unlimited dinner with Veg, Non-Veg and Jain options, prepared by local chefs using traditional Indian cooking styles.

Enjoy a hot cup of chai and a delicious breakfast with the beautiful lake view. Now that’s a perfect morning treat!
10:00 AM — Time to Say Goodbye 🥹
It’s time to leave the campsite, but we’re taking back something far more valuable — unforgettable memories, new friendships, endless laughter, and stories to tell.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
ConfirmationHow your booking is confirmed
Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.
Once the payment is received, a booking confirmation will be shared with the registered participant.
The booking is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the Liveb4youdie team.
The event itinerary, campsite, activities, and inclusions are subject to operational conditions and may be modified if required.
The transportation option, once selected and booked, cannot be changed at the last minute.
Participants are required to provide accurate contact and identification details at the time of booking.
Any additional expenses incurred due to personal requests, delays, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control will be borne by the participant.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the event coordinators and campsite staff throughout the event.
Any damage to campsite property, tents, equipment, or other facilities caused by a participant will be chargeable to the concerned participant.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from the event in case of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or violation of event rules, without entitlement to a refund.
By making the booking, participants acknowledge and agree to the event terms, inclusions, exclusions, and policies mentioned above.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Cancellation requests made by participants for any reason, including personal emergencies, change of plans, illness, or travel delays, will not be eligible for a refund.
No refund or compensation will be provided for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance at the event.
In case a participant misses the transportation due to late arrival at the pickup point, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to circumstances beyond their control, participants will be informed about the available options, which may include rescheduling or an alternative arrangement.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the itinerary, campsite, activities, or timings due to weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any refund, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed after deduction of applicable operational, payment gateway, and administrative charges.
By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please note: Once your booking is confirmed, the arrangements for accommodation, transportation, food, and activities may be made in advance. Hence, cancellations may result in non-recoverable costs.
