Pawna lakeside camping is a beautiful place located in mavaltaluka, Pune district, Maharashtra, Pawna Dam Reservoir has seen a rapid rise in tourism due to the waterbody’s proximity to Lonavala hill station Agritourism has also grown in popularity. Pawna Lake draws visitors primarily from the major bordering cities, with thousands of people visiting the lake every weekend. People from all across many areas gather at Pawna Lake, to see their natural serenity and beautiful flora. Even though it is a rural and secluded location, the people are quite helpful and are learning to respect tourists.

DAY 1Arrive At The Campsite | Party Begins
04:00 PM - Reach the campsite and receive a refreshing welcome drink. Get your tents allotted, settle in, and freshen up.
05:00 PM - Enjoy a fun icebreaker session and relax at the campsite. Play indoor and outdoor games like carrom, badminton and volleyball, or relax on the hammocks while enjoying the sunset. The campsite is also great for nature photography.
07:00 PM - Enjoy a delicious Veg/Non-Veg barbecue at the campsite.
08:00 PM - Get ready to dance and enjoy the evening with music by the DJ.
10:00 PM - Enjoy unlimited Veg, Non-Veg and Jain dinner prepared by local chefs in traditional Indian style.
11:59 PM - Gather with your friends and fellow campers for the New Year countdown.
12:00 AM - Celebrate the New Year with music, cheers and lots of fun.
12:30 AM - Warm up around the campfire by the lake and enjoy live music. Relax, enjoy the night and make some unforgettable memories.
End the day by the lake.
DAY 2Back With Memories
08:30 AM - Wake up to the cool morning air and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the campsite.
09:00 AM - Enjoy a hot cup of tea and a delicious breakfast while taking in the beautiful views of the lake. Spend a relaxed morning by the lake.
10:30 AM - It’s time to leave the campsite with lots of happy memories and an unforgettable New Year experience.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
ConfirmationHow your booking is confirmed
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total tour cost.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days before the date of departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of departure must be paid 100% at the time of confirmation.
Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transportation and activities at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation/voucher will be shared once the required advance payment is received.
Any additional expenses arising due to changes requested by the guest after confirmation will be charged separately.
Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
30 days or more before departure: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
No-show or cancellation after the trip has commenced: No refund.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Any non-refundable hotel, transport, activity or booking charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, government restrictions, or weather conditions, the refund will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

Pawna Lake camping can be done any day of the year. Based on the season you will have different experiences. During monsoon, you can do Pawna lake camping with trekking to various nearby forts and places. Monsoon is the best time to best Pawna, Pawna Lake camping is also famous for its New-year special events.

How to reach Pawna Lake Camping?
You can come to the camping place in your vehicle as we provide parking space. Pawna camping site is well connected via all major highways. It will be a few hours of travel for people who are coming from Mumbai, Pune, or Lonavala. We will be sharing all the details and google Maps links with you after the registration. People who are opting for public transport can reach Lonavala or Kamshet railway station and from there you will find jeep transportations to the camping site. You can choose a shared ride with jeep transportation to reach the destination.
