Detailed Itinerary

Day 1ARRIVE SRINAGAR-SHIKARA RIDE

On Arrival in Srinagar airport meet and greets by our representative outside the airport hall and transfer to the houseboat. After Check-in Day free for personal activities. Evening boat ride will be providing for you enjoy the scenic view around the dal lake visit famous Golden Lake. Open lake Nehru Park and see the lights of Dal Lake evening back to houseboat

DAY 02SRINAGAR- PAHALGAM

After early breakfast, proceeds to Pahalgam the valley of shepherds. Enroute visit the vast fields of saffron field of pampore, and enjoy the beautiful country side drive through the pine forest. On the way visit to ancient temple Avantipur temple on arrival check into your hotel. spend the evening at leisure exploring the streets of Pahalgam. Visit Baisaran, Badyan Valley, Waterall(on your own cost).

PAHALGAM, the village of Shepherds! the lidder river runs through Pahalgam in a rushing gray –green torrent, foam flecked, and breaking in curling waves against the boulders that lie in its path. Its sound is an eternal as the whisper of wind through pine and fir, it forces primeval its untamed splendor later, have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 03IN-PAHALGAM
  • After breakfast, in pahalgam visit Aru & Betaab Valley and in the evening head to Srinagar just for the stay.

DAY 04SRINAGAR–GULMARG (52 kms)

After breakfast, transfer to Gulmarg via Tangmarg, Enroute Apple Orchards, Cherry Orchards and Strawberry fields. In Gulmarg visit Khilanmarg and take a ride in world’s highest cable car “Gondola” or enjoy your day by playing golf in the world’s highest golf course.

DAY 05IN-SRINAGAR-LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Morning sightseeing of the Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh built by Asaf Khan, the brother -in -law of Jehangir in 1632 AD, and Shalimar Bagh built by Jehangir for his wife empress Nur Jahan. All the gardens are situated on the banks of the Dal Lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background. Afternoon will be at your leisure for individual activities.

DAY 06SRINAGAR-SONMARG

After breakfast, proceed for Sonmarg which will Take 2 ½ hrs. Enjoy Sonmarg, which means ‘ meadow of gold ‘ has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and masher, snow trout can be caught in the main river. In late April when Sonmarg is open for road transport, a close by excursion is to Baltal, 15 km north of Sonmarg. This little valley lies at the foot of the Zojila, only a day’s journey away from the sacred cave of Amaranath is a base camp for Amaranth Yatra. Trekkers can also reach the starkly splendid roof-top of the world Leh, by crossing over the Zoji La pass. Enjoy a fun filled Pony ride (on directly payment) SONMARG had historical significance and was a gateway on ancient Silk Road along with Gilgit connecting Kashmir with China and other Gulf countries. The Zojila pass lies 15 kilometers east and is one of the highest passes for road transport. It still is a base camp for Ladakh on NH 1D, and is strategically important.
