Trip Itinerary
DAY 1Mumbai / Pune to Dandeli.
Meet team LBYD as we get ready for an amazing tour ahead. Board the train and settle down at your respective seats allotted by the tour guide.
The journey is going to be filled with games & interactive sessions.

Overnight train journey.
DAY 2Explore Dandeli
Arrive early morning at Alnavar Railway Station and proceed towards Dandeli. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and freshen up before getting ready for an exciting day of exploring Dandeli. (Early check-in is subject to availability.)
Have breakfast and head to the Kali River for a thrilling session of watersports
Enjoy river rafting, kayaking, ziplining, zorbing, etc. in the Kali River.
Relax and unwind with some pool time
Evening promises a magical sunset, followed by DJ music and a Raindance night at the resort.
Overnight: Dandeli.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
DAY 3Dandeli | Journey to Gokarna
Begin your day by exploring the beautiful beaches that make this coastal town so special — Om Beach, Kudle Beach, Half Moon Beach, and Paradise Beach.
Hop around a few charming beachside cafes, try local delicacies, and enjoy the chill beach vibes.
In the evening, witness a breathtaking sunset at Kudle or Om Beach.
Late evening visit Mahabhaleshwar temple & Ganpati temple. Stroll through the streets of Gokarna.
Gokarna is famous for its cafes so we visit one of the cafes for dinner.
Head back to the hotel and enjoy the night by the beach.
Overnight: Gokarna.

DAY 4Honnavar & Murudeshwar | Journey Back to Mumbai
It’s the last day of the trip but party is not over yet. Wake up and fill in the tummy with a cup of tea.
We start our journey to Honnavar backwater. A special boat ride for an hour in the mangroves. (please note: the ticket price is excluded so taking a boat ride is optional).
We head on to visit the Murudeshwar temple. One of the tallest statue of lord shiva.
Gather for the last lunch of the group and tour.
We board our trains back to our respective city.
Overnight train journey.
Meals: Breakfast.
DAY 5Back to Mumbai | Trip Ends
Early morning we will be back to the city.
Time to say goodbye but with a promise to meet again.

Kindly note that our team members will get in touch with you to provide alternate options for trains where you can hold a chance of a confirmed ticket which may have some monetary difference in the ticket amount which if you confirm to upgrade shall be liable to pay.

Incase the participant wants to cancel the train tickets & opt for flight, the cancellations charges would be applicable.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
ConfirmationHow your booking is confirmed
The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total tour cost.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 10 days before the date of departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of departure must be paid 100% at the time of confirmation.
Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transportation and activities at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation/voucher will be shared once the required advance payment is received.
Any additional expenses arising due to changes requested by the guest after confirmation will be charged separately.
Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
30 days or more before departure: 70% refund of the total booking amount.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
No-show or cancellation after the trip has commenced: No refund.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Any non-refundable hotel, transport, activity or booking charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, government restrictions, or weather conditions, the refund will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
