Trip Overview

Chopta Chandrashila Rishikesh Road Trip is for all the adventure enthusiasts. Let the adrenaline rush through your veins as you take part in the 17km long River Rafting on the river Ganges. Beat the water rapids and cross the whirlpools. Don’t forget to count your heartbeat right before you take a plunge into the river from the infamous cliff. On the second phase of your journey, drive to Chopta. Take a small halt to witness the sacred confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi at Devprayag. The next day start your trek to Tungnath, the highest Lord Shiva temple and if weather permits then we go up to Chandrashila. Don’t forget to take a short halt to admire the mighty views of Chaukhamba, Swargrohini.

Feel on top of the world once you are on top of the Chandrashila peak.

DAY 00
Mumbai - Delhi

The Journey Towards Delhi.

  • Board the train from Mumbai / Gujrat to Delhi.
DAY 01
Delhi - Rishikesh
  • On reaching Delhi, freshen up and be ready for yet another road journey to Rishikesh.
  • We take a short halt for lunch.
  • Reach Rishikesh late evening and check in.

DAY 02
Holi Celebrations In Rishikesh
  • Wake up and fill in your tummy with the morning breakfast served.
  • Be ready for the craziest HOLI Fest.
  • Later you can explore the city or opt for some adventure (On Your Own).

DAY 03
Rishikesh - Chopta
  • Get up and enjoy the fresh air. We start driving through the beautiful valley of Uttarakhand.
  • It’s going to be a long drive through the curvy road.
  • On the way we explore the Dhari Devi Temple & Devprayag.
  • Late evening we reach Chopta and check in.

Trek To TUNGNATH
  • After breakfast gear up for the most exciting day and trek of the trip Tungnath, Chandrashila.

  • Tungnath is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the five Panch Kedar temples located in the Rudraprayag district, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

  • Capture the beauty as you reach the top.

Chopta - Rishikesh
  • Wake up after a good rest. Freshen up and fill in the tummy.
  • We drive back to Rishikesh.
  • Reach Rishikesh late evening & check in.

DAY 06
Rishikesh - Delhi
  • Early morning its time to say goodbye to this beautiful location Uttarakhand.

Back To Mumbai
