Meet our team at the designated pickup point in Borivali as we begin our overnight journey to Bhimashankar. Meet your fellow travellers, settle into your seats, and get ready for an exciting weekend ahead.
10:30 PM – Andheri Pickup
Our next pickup point is Andheri. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth departure.
10:45 PM – Bandra Pickup
We continue our journey with a pickup at Bandra.
11:00 PM – Sion Pickup
The final pickup point is Sion, after which we begin our overnight drive towards Bhimashankar.
11:15 PM onwards – Overnight Journey
Sit back, relax, enjoy the journey, and get some rest as we travel through the night towards the beautiful hills of Bhimashankar.
DAY 2Back to Mumbai | Beautiful Memories
05:00 AM – Arrive at the Homestay
Arrive at our homestay and freshen up before starting the day. Please note that the homestay is provided solely for freshening up and resting briefly.
06:00 AM – Breakfast & Temple Departure
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and get ready to begin your spiritual journey. After breakfast, we proceed towards the Bhimashankar Temple parking area.
06:45 AM – Darshan at Bhimashankar Temple
Join the queue for darshan and seek the divine blessings of Lord Shiva. Please note that there is no token system, and the waiting time may vary depending on the crowd.
12:30 PM – Departure for Mumbai
After lunch, we begin our journey back to Mumbai, carrying with us the blessings, beautiful experiences, and unforgettable memories from Bhimashankar.
05:00 PM (Approx.) – Arrive in Mumbai
Reach Mumbai and bid farewell to your fellow travellers. Take home wonderful memories and the promise of meeting again on another exciting adventure!

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking amount has been received by LiveB4YouDie.
30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is payable to confirm the booking.
20–15 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost is payable.
14 days or less before departure: 100% payment is required to confirm participation.
The booking confirmation will be subject to availability of hotels, transportation, train/flight tickets, permits, and other trip services.
For train bookings, tickets may be booked through IRCTC authorised agents. WL/RAC confirmation is subject to Indian Railways and cannot be guaranteed by LiveB4YouDie.
Any additional amount arising from fare differences, upgrades, or alternate arrangements will be payable by the participant.
Booking confirmation and trip-related details will be shared by the LiveB4YouDie team after receipt of the applicable payment.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
Cancellation requests must be communicated to the LiveB4YouDie team in writing.
30 days or more before departure: Cancellation charges of 25% of the total trip amount will apply.
29–15 days before departure: Cancellation charges of 50% of the total trip amount will apply.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip amount will be non-refundable.
No-show or late arrival at the reporting point: No refund will be applicable.
Any non-refundable charges paid towards hotels, transportation, train/flight tickets, permits, activities, or third-party services will be deducted from the applicable refund.
Applicable GST, payment gateway/convenience charges, and other non-refundable transaction charges will not be refunded.
In case LiveB4YouDie cancels or postpones a trip due to weather, safety concerns, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate arrangement or applicable refund will be offered based on the situation.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of the applicable cancellation and non-refundable charges.
