Settle into our private vehicle and begin the journey towards the campsite. Enjoy fun travel games, conversations, and icebreakers along the way as we get to know our fellow travellers.
04:00 PM — Arrival at the Campsite
Hear the sound of waves and catch your first glimpse of the beautiful beachside campsite. Your New Year adventure officially begins! 🌊

Rise and shine! It's time to take a refreshing morning walk along the beach, soak in the peaceful surroundings, and enjoy the last few moments by the sea.
10:00 AM — Breakfast & Chai Chai Garam Chai! ☕
Grab a delicious breakfast and recharge with a hot cup of chai. Enjoy the morning vibes before we begin our journey back.
11:00 AM — Time to Say Goodbye 🥹
The saddest part of every beautiful journey is saying goodbye. It's time to leave the campsite and beach behind, but we'll carry back the memories, laughter, and moments we've created together.
03:00 PM — Back to the Pickup Point 🚌
Reach our pickup point and bid everyone a healthy, wealthy, and happy GOODBYE! Until the next adventure.
Inclusions | Exclusions
- Transportation (Optional) - 🚌 Private vehicle transportation from Dadar to the campsite and back to the pickup point, for participants who have booked the transportation option.
- Overnight accommodation on double & triple basis in tents next to the beach.
- Evening snacks, dinner, and breakfast (Day 02).
- Dance the night away with an energetic DJ party.
- New Year Fireworks - 🎆 Celebrate the arrival of 2027 with a midnight fireworks celebration.
- Enjoy soulful live music and acoustic performances.
- Enjoy bonfire time, icebreakers, indoor and outdoor games, and beachside relaxation.
- Personal expenses such as shopping, snacks, beverages, etc.
- Any alcoholic beverages. (BYOB).
- Travel expenses other than the selected transportation option.
- Activities or experiences not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or changes in travel plans.
- Any damage caused to the campsite property or equipment will be chargeable to the concerned participant.

- 💊 Personal medicines – If prescribed or required.
- 🧢 Cap/sunglasses – Useful for the morning beach walk.
- 👜 Small backpack – For carrying your essentials.
- 📱 Camera/phone – Because there will be plenty of moments worth capturing.
- Small garbage bag – Help us keep the beach and campsite clean.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
ConfirmationHow your booking is confirmed
Your booking will be considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.
Once the payment is received, a booking confirmation will be shared with the registered participant.
The booking is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the Liveb4youdie team.
The event itinerary, campsite, activities, and inclusions are subject to operational conditions and may be modified if required.
The transportation option, once selected and booked, cannot be changed at the last minute.
Participants are required to provide accurate contact and identification details at the time of booking.
Any additional expenses incurred due to personal requests, delays, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control will be borne by the participant.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the event coordinators and campsite staff throughout the event.
Any damage to campsite property, tents, equipment, or other facilities caused by a participant will be chargeable to the concerned participant.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from the event in case of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or violation of event rules, without entitlement to a refund.
By making the booking, participants acknowledge and agree to the event terms, inclusions, exclusions, and policies mentioned above.
CancellationCancelling or changing your booking
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Cancellation requests made by participants for any reason, including personal emergencies, change of plans, illness, or travel delays, will not be eligible for a refund.
No refund or compensation will be provided for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance at the event.
In case a participant misses the transportation due to late arrival at the pickup point, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to circumstances beyond their control, participants will be informed about the available options, which may include rescheduling or an alternative arrangement.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the itinerary, campsite, activities, or timings due to weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any refund, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed after deduction of applicable operational, payment gateway, and administrative charges.
By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please note: Once your booking is confirmed, the arrangements for accommodation, transportation, food, and activities may be made in advance. Hence, cancellations may result in non-recoverable costs.
